Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Runderwear, Sports Tours International, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is open to UK residents only.
  2. Promotion Period: The giveaway begins on 18 October 2024 and ends on 20 January 2025. Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
  3. How to Enter: Participants must follow @teamrunderwear and @sports_tours_international on Instagram and complete the registration form provided. Each participant is eligible for one entry. 

  1. Prize:
    • Grand Prize: 1x winner will receive 2 entries to the Paris Half-Marathon 2025, including travel from the UK and accommodation in Paris for two.
    • Runner-Up Prizes: 10x winners will each receive £100 vouchers to spend on Runderwear.
  2. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The decision of Runderwear will be final and binding. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the registration form within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Runderwear reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
  3. Travel and Accommodation: The grand prize includes standard economy travel from the UK to Paris and accommodation for two nights in Paris. Travel dates will align with the Paris Half-Marathon event in March 2025. Winners are responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to meals, personal expenses, and additional travel arrangements.
  4. Shipping: For winners residing outside the UK, additional shipping charges for orders placed using the Runderwear voucher may apply, which the winner will be required to cover.
  5. General Conditions: Runderwear reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Runderwear’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Runderwear in its sole discretion.
  6. Data Protection and Privacy: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the sharing of their personal data between Runderwear and Sports Tours International for the purposes of administering the contest and for marketing communications. All information submitted will be treated in accordance with the privacy policies of Runderwear and Sports Tours International.
  7. Liability Release: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Runderwear, Sports Tours International, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the use of the prizes.
  8. Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations.
  9. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you fully and unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.
