Returns & Exchanges
We’re committed to ensuring that our products bring a smile to your face every time you exercise! We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on any unworn products for up to 30 days after delivery when purchased directly from our site.
As our products generally come in to contact with some “sensitive areas” – we can’t accept returns on any underwear that has been tried on! To get started with a return or exchange, email us at hello@runderwear.com– remember to include your order number beginning with # and details in the message if you want an exchange.
If anything else about your order hasn’t left you feeling totally satisfied, just contact us here– we won’t sleep unless you’re 100% chafe-free, 100% comfortable and 100% happy!
Returns FAQ's
How do I return?
- Please start you return by entering your reference number starting with # in the Returns Portal. You'll need your email address and reference number into the relevant boxes (The reference number can be found on either your delivery note or order confirmation email and looks like #123456-RW1)
- Follow the instructions on the screen and select the items you want to return/exchange
- Please ensure you enclose a copy of either your completed returns form, which can be printed from the returns screen, or just include a note with the original order number, along with the reason for the return and we will be able to process it for you.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage costs for returned items not processed through our portal.
How do I exchange?
If the item you have purchased does not fit, then we can exchange this for you. Simply complete the returns form selecting ‘Exchange’ and tell us which size you would like in the comments box.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, you should normally expect to receive your refund within 10 working days.
