Black Friday 2024 - Terms & Conditions

Free Shipping on Orders Over £50
- Customers with a total spend of over £50 (excluding taxes and discounts) will receive free standard shipping.
Free Neck Warmer on Orders Over £65
- Customers with a total spend of over £65 (excluding taxes and discounts) will receive a complimentary neck warmer in addition to free shipping.
Free Gift with Orders Over £85
- Customers with a total spend of over £85 (excluding taxes and discounts) will receive a premium free gift (to be disclosed at checkout) alongside the free neck warmer and free shipping.

Offers are valid only on purchases made during the Black Friday promotional period, starting 29/11/2024 and ending 02/12/2024.
The total qualifying spend is calculated after any applied discounts but before shipping fees and taxes.
Promotional items (free shipping, neck warmer, and additional free gift) are limited to one per order and subject to availability.
These offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

If the customer decides to return part or all of their order, they must also return any free promotional items (e.g., neck warmer or premium free gift) included with the original order.
If the free promotional items are not returned in their original, unused condition, the value of the items will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Orders that are returned in part and fall below the minimum spend thresholds (£50, £65, or £85) will have the corresponding promotional benefits removed, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Free shipping applies only to standard delivery within the UK. Expedited shipping methods will incur additional charges.
Any delays due to courier services are beyond our control.
